Talkturo is an enterprise Voice AI platform that puts AI-powered assistants on your phone lines. Whether you need to handle inbound support calls, run large-scale outbound campaigns, or qualify leads around the clock, Talkturo gives you a single dashboard to build, deploy, and measure every call — without writing code.

What you can do with Talkturo

AI assistants are the core of the platform. Each assistant is a voice agent you configure with a system prompt, a language model, a text-to-speech voice, and a speech-to-text transcriptor. Assistants answer and make calls, follow your instructions, and can transfer calls, book appointments, and update your CRM automatically. Outbound campaigns let you call a contact list at scale. You set a daily call window, retry logic, and concurrency limits, then Talkturo works through the list and tracks every outcome — answered, voicemail, no answer, and more. The built-in CRM stores contacts and companies. After each call, Talkturo’s Info Extraction feature reads the transcript and fills in custom CRM fields automatically, so your records stay current without manual data entry. Analytics and call logs give you full visibility into every conversation: transcripts, recordings, AI-generated summaries, and per-campaign progress dashboards. Phone numbers are purchased and managed inside Talkturo. You assign numbers to assistants so they can receive inbound calls or place outbound ones.
