Talkturo offers four plans designed to grow with you — from a free tier for exploration all the way to enterprise contracts for large organizations running high-volume voice AI. Every plan is built around the same credit system: 1 credit equals 1 minute of active call time. The plans differ in how many credits you receive each month and which platform features are unlocked.

Dynamic pricing on Pro and Business

Pro and Business plans use a fully dynamic credit tier model powered by Stripe. When you upgrade, you choose how many credits you want per month from the available tiers. A matching Stripe price is created at that moment and stored for future billing cycles. This means:
  • You only pay for the credit volume you actually need.
  • You can move between tiers at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
  • Your invoice will always reflect the credit tier you selected.

How to upgrade your plan

1

Open Billing settings

In the dashboard, click your account name in the top-left corner and select Billing from the menu.
2

Choose a plan

Review the plan options and click Upgrade on the plan you want.
3

Select a credit tier (Pro and Business)

Use the slider or dropdown to choose how many monthly credits you need. The monthly price updates in real time.
4

Complete checkout

Enter your payment details in the Stripe checkout flow. Your new plan and credits are active immediately after payment.

How to downgrade your plan

You can downgrade at any time from Billing settings. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your current plan’s features until then. Any credits you have not used do not roll over to the lower plan (unless your plan includes credit rollovers).
Downgrading from Business to Pro removes access to SSO, Internal publish, and Design templates immediately at the next billing cycle. Make sure any team members using SSO have alternative login methods set up before your billing period ends.
