A campaign is an outbound calling job that dials a list of contacts automatically using one of your AI assistants. Instead of triggering individual calls, you define the contact list, the assistant, the phone number, and the schedule — then Talkturo handles the dialing, retries, and reporting while you watch progress in real time.

What a campaign does

When you launch a campaign, Talkturo queues every contact and begins dialing within the call window you configure. Each contact gets connected to your AI assistant for a live conversation. If a contact doesn’t answer or the line is busy, the system retries automatically based on your retry settings. Once every contact has been reached or exhausted its retry attempts, the campaign completes.

Key features

Smart scheduling — You set a daily call window (for example, 09:00–17:00). The dialer only places calls during that window, so contacts are never reached at odd hours. Timezone-aware call windows — When you enable per-contact timezones, Talkturo checks each contact’s local time before dialing. A contact in Los Angeles won’t receive a call during your New York business hours if it’s still 6 AM on the West Coast. Retry logic — Unanswered and busy calls are automatically rescheduled. You control the delay before each retry and the maximum number of attempts per contact, with separate settings for no-answer, busy, and technical-error outcomes. Concurrent call limits — You set the maximum number of simultaneous calls the campaign can place. This lets you match your call volume to your assistant’s capacity and your outbound number quota. Real-time dashboard — While a campaign runs, an activity dashboard shows live call counts, answer rate, completion rate, the current queue, and a recent call history table. You can pause or cancel from the same screen.
