App does not open
- Fully close the app and open it again.
- Restart your computer and launch Talkturo Desktop first.
Listen does not start
- Check whether required permissions are enabled.
- Confirm your microphone is selected in your system audio settings.
No live transcript appears
- Speak clearly for a few seconds and wait for the first update.
- Stop and restart the Listen session.
Ask responses feel off-topic
- Use shorter and more specific prompts.
- Include clear context from the current call.
Shortcuts do not work
- Review shortcut assignments in Settings.
- Reset to default and reconfigure only the shortcuts you need.
