Use this page for the most common desktop issues.

App does not open

  • Fully close the app and open it again.
  • Restart your computer and launch Talkturo Desktop first.

Listen does not start

  • Check whether required permissions are enabled.
  • Confirm your microphone is selected in your system audio settings.

No live transcript appears

  • Speak clearly for a few seconds and wait for the first update.
  • Stop and restart the Listen session.

Ask responses feel off-topic

  • Use shorter and more specific prompts.
  • Include clear context from the current call.

Shortcuts do not work

  • Review shortcut assignments in Settings.
  • Reset to default and reconfigure only the shortcuts you need.
