Start the session

  1. Open Talkturo Desktop.
  2. Open the Listen view.
  3. Click Listen to begin live support.

During the call

  • Watch the transcript update while both sides speak.
  • Use live insights to understand objections and buying intent.
  • Read suggested responses when you need a confident next sentence.

End the session

  1. Click Stop when the call is over.
  2. Review the final summary and next steps.
  3. Copy key takeaways into your CRM or follow-up notes.
