# Troubleshooting

Use this page for the most common desktop issues.

## App does not open

* Fully close the app and open it again.
* Restart your computer and launch Talkturo Desktop first.

## Listen does not start

* Check whether required permissions are enabled.
* Confirm your microphone is selected in your system audio settings.

## No live transcript appears

* Speak clearly for a few seconds and wait for the first update.
* Stop and restart the Listen session.

## Ask responses feel off-topic

* Use shorter and more specific prompts.
* Include clear context from the current call.

## Shortcuts do not work

* Review shortcut assignments in **Settings**.
* Reset to default and reconfigure only the shortcuts you need.

## Still blocked

Contact support from the docs navbar and share a short description of your issue and when it happens.
