# Run your first call

> Start your first Talkturo Desktop session and use live guidance during a call.

Use this flow when you start your first real conversation with Talkturo Desktop.

## Start the session

1. Open Talkturo Desktop.
2. Open the **Listen** view.
3. Click **Listen** to begin live support.

## During the call

* Watch the transcript update while both sides speak.
* Use live insights to understand objections and buying intent.
* Read suggested responses when you need a confident next sentence.

## End the session

1. Click **Stop** when the call is over.
2. Review the final summary and next steps.
3. Copy key takeaways into your CRM or follow-up notes.

## Good first-session habits

* Speak in short, clear sentences.
* Pause briefly to let suggestions refresh.
* Use the Ask view if you need extra support in difficult moments.
